Osteopathy

Specialist osteopathy

We offer specialist osteopathy for mum and baby between Guildford and Godalming in Surrey. Osteopathy is based on the principle that the wellbeing of an individual depends on their bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue functioning smoothly together. Osteopathy is aimed at treating the whole body, by improving overall flexibility and posture, resulting in improved health and a reduction in pain. An osteopath will look at the whole body for answers and solutions, not just the area which is painful. Osteopathy is particularly helpful for women during pregnancy and the postnatal period.

Osteopathy can help with:

  • Back pain
  • Neck ache
  • Sciatica
  • Shoulder pain
  • Knee pain
  • Arthritic pain
  • Sports injuries
  • Pregnancy related pain
  • Postnatal pain
  • Newborn feeding issues
  • Paediatric issues

Cranial Osteopathy can be useful in helping a number of more complex problems.

We offer treatments tailored to the individual, with an interest in understanding why a particular area is painful and creating a long-lasting solution.
