Specialist Women's Physiotherapy

We offer women's physiotherapy, including prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy in Surrey. Physiotherapy is a treatment that assesses the way your body moves. It examines joints, muscles, tendons and fascia and the interplay between these systems. Physiotherapists also take into account lifestyle factors, ergonomics, postures at work and at play, breathing and the body’s responses to stress, tension and emotion. It also helps restore movement when there has been injury or illness. It is particularly helpful in pregnancy and postnatally, treating muscle weakness of the abdominals and pelvic floor to relieve:

Physiotherapy in Guildford and Godalming is offered via initial assessment and follow ups. Pregnancy support and postnatal physiotherapy and rehabilitation is also offered to tackle the common problem areas such as pregnancy back pain and pelvic pain and following birth, diastasis recti, pelvic floor strength, posture, upper back, pelvic and lower back pain. General women's physiotherapy is also offered:

  • Initial physiotherapy assessment: £75 (1 hour)

  • Follow up: £50 (30 mins)

  • Follow up: £75 ( 1 hour)

Jo, MSc, BSc (Hons) is a specialist musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in Guildford, with particular interest in pregnancy physiotherapy, post-natal physiotherapy and chronic pain conditions. She is also qualified in clinical pilates. 

Roz is a Chartered Physiotherapist in Surrey, specialising in Musculoskeletal injuries and Women's Health, with postgraduate training in APPI Pilates. She specialises in pre and postnatal physiotherapy offering physio-led pilates classes.
